Started chewing Greg's ear probably 5 months ago, and being over 2000 klms away, unable to personally view properties,he was very accommodating. From personal insights on the local area, and services, to even drawing 'mud map' floorplans for us, nothing was too much trouble. Negototions with the vendor went beyond our expectations.
