Low commission does not mean reduced sale price

Our recent sale with Greg's and his teams assistance demonstrated that a strong sale price can be achieved, Greg sold our property by only holding one open house. In final Greg and his teams ability to communicate effectively via phone and email helped us remain confidant we remained in sync every step of the process. For the second time we have used Greg and his team to sell our properties, I endorse his services and without reservation would enlist their help to maximize the sale price of property while paying less than a 1/3 of the commission costs of traditional agents.
