We struggled for 5.5 months trying to find (and purchase) our "dream home", due to the current climate on the Sunshine Coast. Through a series of events, we ended up getting in touch with Greg . Unfortunately what we were looking at had already been sold but he said he would keep us in mind when he knew what we specifically wanted - as all the agents have done. Within 1 week of making contact for the first time (over the phone), Greg notified us of a property that could perhaps meet our requirements and even though he'd signed it, it hadn't hit the market yet. We were able to have a 'VIP" viewing before it went to the public. Needless to say, within 36 hours of looking at this "not yet on the market, property", we had purchased our dream home. It was even better than the first one that we had put our house on the market for and lost because our house didn't sell in time. After 5.5 months, Greg was seriously the best thing that happened to us. Before meeting him, we would have been virtually homeless within 2 weeks, because we kept missing out on houses. Greg made the whole process smooth and stress free. He was seriously, the best agent we have met throughout this whole experience. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He knows his stuff, knows the market and treats you as a person and not just another number.
