Like to thank Greg Valamios for the work in selling our property, we had sold three properties in the past and non of the agents had the passion and help provided by Greg. This was not a simple sell, the property had a partly completed house on the land and on top of that built by an owner builder. Greg kept in constant contact with the progress of possible purchasers and when the conveyance team started to struggle getting all the information necessary to complete our sale Greg stepped in and chased the information himself.
