Greg was lovely to deal with, and was always very professional and friendly. I was a little disappointed that as the selling agent Greg sent someone else to man the open houses 2 out of the 3 times it was open as he was apparently busy with other properties. The other agent was just as friendly and helpful.

Initially I was uncertain about contracting with McGrath Real Estate as the office was not located in the area. But, Greg convinced me that he has the expertise to ensure that we would have a successful sale. Greg is an excellent communicater, has detailed knowledge of the selling area, kept me fully informed of everything that was happening while I was overseas and I found him very pleasant and professional in his approach. In the future, when selling the family home I will use Greg's services again.
