Greg Ward was friendly, honest and direct with me in all my dealings with him. He was good enough to arrange a separate viewing with me a few days after a set viewing as I was out of town. He told me what the vendor wanted without any smoke and mirrors and contacted them immediately I had made an offer to get confirmation it would be accepted. He could have started a bidding war with other buyers but didn't. I recommend him to anyone.

Comparable costs to other estate agents. But what made them stand out above the rest was their ability to explain how things worked in a way that was easily to understand. They also challenged our decisions (in a good way) and helped us understand what we were missing out on. This changed our views on selling the house for the better. No other estate agent we spoke to did this. The house sold well before the auction for the price we were after.
