Very happy, persistence pays off.

I chose this agency because I heard they were good at selling unique places that can sometimes take a while to find a buyer I was not disappointed, despite selling in a difficult market Greg’s (and the team’s )persistence paid off. He really put the work into talking with a large number of interested parties, I never felt pressured to lower the price and they kept their attention on selling, even though it took a while. The team were extra helpful when I decided to head off to Queensland before the place was sold. We always hope things go easily in selling, but if you want an agency who will keep with you even when things aren’t easy i suggest Ward, Thank you Greg, Jen and Maddie.
