We were very happy with Ward Real Estate for the recent sale of our property. Jen and Maddi were so pleasant to deal with and I particularly appreciated their support co-ordinating all the trades to ensure our house was presented beautifully. Greg is very good at what he does, negotiated strong offers and gave us sound advice when it came to auction/sale strategy. Ward's valuation and plan were ultimately spot on and the confidence we had in them to ensure the best price for our property felt like it paid off. They were also very competitive when it came to commission.
