Greg recommended that he could sell my house within 6 weeks at a high end price and that there were many buyers out there.....but he didn't deliver on that expectation. He had a buyer within 3 days, an offer within a week and the house was sold higher than his initial market value....that's called over-delivering! I couldn't recommend Greg's professionalism, commitment and expertise more highly.
