After putting the property on the market, it was sold the first day. When that fell through only because of finance, it was only another week before the property was sold again, this time to have no hiccups. His knowledge of the market and pricing was spot on, and he was able to use his acquired market contacts to get the sales prior to any extra costs for listing were incurred.
