Agent was really helpful and yet not pushy with regard the listing. He was well prepared with his analysis, marketing strategy and presentation. He was able to juggle multiple interests to our advantage and got us a higher price than expected. He then checked in regularly but in a non-opposing way regarding the progress of Titles being issued and progress towards settlement.
