he has good knowledge of the suburb and the current market, and his method of presenting and selling the property were effective. He was not effective in minimising deferment of the settlement date

He was able to juggle multiple interests to our advantage and got us a higher price than expected. He then checked in regularly but in a non-opposing way regarding the progress of Titles being issued and progress towards settlement.
