Guinevere was one of the best real estate agents I have dealt with in Perth. From experience there are alot of agents out there who do the bare minimum and If I was a seller would be gutted big time of they were my agent. Having said that the whole process with Guinevere was amazing, she represents herself very well and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When we selected our Agent the most important requirement was that we work with someone who's trustworthy and looks after the seller's and buyer's interest and who can work with all parties to achieve the end result of a sale. You need to work with some who can tell you the facts as they are and advise you how best to make your home presentable to the market place, they must know their area well that they are selling in so as to help the sale process flow smoothly and achieve a fair price for buyer and seller. They have to be a good but fair negotator between both parties to achieve a fair and reasonable price that results in the sale of your property. We wanted to work as a team member with our Agent from day one so before even signing a contract to build our homes we actually Choose our Agent First so they could be involved in the process by giving us advise on what to build and how to make it a marketable home in the area we where building in. Guinevere advised on all type of isuse's along the way and was a great help in saving us time,money and most importantly making our homes a saleable product in a very tough Market . I can recommend Guinevere as in my oppioion she has all the qualites above required to make a sale at a fair and reasonable price with minimum stress and hassel for both buyer and seller.
