If you are looking for your property to sell well and quickly, you couldn’t go past a gentle-man named “Gurk” - Gurk Singh. Our property sold in 29 days and he guided us right up to and including settlement day. You need to be flexible and trust his guidance. In placing our house on the market there was no other choice but Gurk. I had seen & been through house sales for a dear friend who found him so helpful & their buyer spoke so well of their experience with him with his personal attention. Then when my mum passed I suggested Gurk to our executors, but this time he ended up getting an extra $30k more than asking price. Again the buyers told me they found Gurk so helpful. By the time we needed to sell, Gurk suggested a sign with 2 photos of inside the house. People can google maps for the outside, but the inside needs to be shown. That billboard was noticed to a point of slowing and stopping the traffick. So having the benefit of that advertising is so worth taking up that option. So Gurk is your man for selling and buying.

The afternoon I listed my rural property for sale with Gurk I issued a challenge to him to finally be the real estate agent who was successful in securing a sale for my property. Gurk kept us informed via phone and email and on details of how many people were viewing the property on Nolan's web site. Gurk phoned after all open houses. He always discussed what offers had been made and made very reliable suggestions as to whether any offers were acceptable. He was totally trustworthy and most helpful when we had to fix a problem with the house. He was available via phone any time I rang. Finally he sold the house for more than the asking price.
