I bought a house in Cranbourne East from Gurwinder. I was always thinking when we are buying real estate agent will be always in favour of seller but Gurwinder thinks of buyer as well. He got fixed all the issues in the houses before hand overing the house to me and lifts call if we have any issues after house handover as well.
