Gus seems to have a photographic memory of properties in the Point Clare - Koolewong region, and it is so obvious how passionate he is about the area and connecting the right buyer with the right house. He works pretty much around the clock and has been readily availabile for me whenever I had questions. Having the wider backing and resources of McGrath also played into his strengths for marketing reach. You'd struggle to find anyone else with the same level of drive to find the perfect buyer.
