Firstly he was extremely helpful in getting my apartment into a condition whereby it could be marketed by dealing well with the existing tenant , arranging or helping with various maintenance works and dealing with the letting agent where necessary. In the marketing and sales process he was excellent, we agreed a campaign including pricing strategy that was very effective. His contacts in quickly bringing many potential buyers to view the property was very pleasing.
