I am based in Singapore and due to covid, I can't go to Melbourne to deal with my apartment which I wish to sell. I engaged Gus and he literally took care of everything for me and explore all options. He has taken extra stepssss to ensure the sale went through smoothly for me (though he has to put in extra effort on his side). Every details was taken care of.
