He worked closely with the 3 of us to design an overall approach to the sale, giving us very relevant and useful guidance based on his past experience. He communicated continually to update us (individually and collectively) on all relevant matters - which was no easy task given the administrators didn't always agree amongst themselves on various aspects of the sale process. His is very knowledgable in all aspects of selling a property (both strategic and practical) and liaised often and effectively between us and the eventual purchaser. Gus was very respectful and compassionate at all times and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He also got us a very good price $$$.
