Like his name suggests, there was no fuss with Gus. He literally kept us fully informed, messaged us first for anything unless we had questions. He walked with us and informed us along the way. He was definitely the easiest person to work with out of all the different people we were in contact with for the purchase of the home and he informed us fully of what was happening. Really can't fault Gus, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He also kept both my husband and I in the loop individually so that we both knew what was going on at all times
