Gus was nothing but helpful from day one. As first homebuyers the process was quite daunting for us but Gus was always on hand and happy to walk us through things. After our building and pest we ran into an issue and were quite stressed about getting it fixed and resolved before settling. Gus yet again stepped up and got a fair resolution in a very short period of time. Gus' communication skills both in person, over the phone and via email are of a great standard and are always timely.
