Gus was outstanding in his empathy, respect and intelligence. Gus had to deal with an 89 year old widow, her daughter and some family issues. He handled us all with aplomb!! Gus' best attribute is his ability to listen, his hard work and knowledge of the real estate market. Thank you Gus. You were certainly no fuss.
