Guy has been terrific representative for me in selling my house at Windsor. To begin with he personally doorknocked the 100 nearest neighbours to make sure they knew the house was for sale and could pass on auction information to friends or family who would like to move into the area - what a great effort on my behalf. His followup with prospective purchasers is consistent and I believe was key in his getting a great result at the auction. He took a pro-active role in removing potential road blocks for each potential purchaser. He made sure they understood the auction process and the need for them to be well prepared beforehand so that they are ready to bid. If they were uncertain about finance he would make sure they had the resources to get that sorted out. If they were uncertain about the integrity of the house he schooled them in the services of building inspectors that can help them assess the value. He helped each prospective purchaser understand what they needed to do to be ready to bid on the day. He kept me informed very step of the way and made it a enjoyable and clear process.
