Guy helped the reviewer sell this property

Review of Guy Draper

We have used Guy more than once involving purchase of properties and sales. Guy is a down to earth, likeable person with extensive knowledge in every aspect of real estate. In this instance Guy took on a rural property in a reasonably remote location which we had every reason to believe would take considerable time to sell. He presented ideas to raise the profile of the property that were cost effective and in a relatively short period of time clinched a sale that resulted in a higher price than expected. We highly recommend Guy to any prospective Seller or buyer.
