It takes experience

Selling a unique, one of a kind property is not something you necessarily entrust to the first realtor waving his/her hand at you shouting “pick me!” Guy Draper and Rohan Semmler never promised the world and underdelivered. Rather, they worked tirelessly with me to develop a logical plan to most effectively promote the amazing asset we had and attract the right potential buyers. Once we had the right buyer …. who had found the right property and the right seller… that’s when Guy’s nearly 30 years of experience really paid off. He well understood balancing the emotions involved in parting with a property owned for 50 years and that of the buyer about to spend his hard earned cash. Sounds easy but it isn’t!
