The purchase of our investment home went very smoothly both with how quick and easy it was for us as the information and steps to take was perfectly organised. The communication between all parties was done very professionally.

We were new to the area and Guy was friendly and laid back. We especially appreciated him taking the time to drive us around the area. He negotiated fairly for us and the vendors and was honest in his approach. We didn't hear much after the offer was accepted though and that was the only disappointing thing. As we were new to buying an already built home (had previously built ourselves) we did expect some communication from the real estate to ensure things were going smoothly. So it did feel a bit like once we were going through with the purchase we no longer were as important as we may have felt prior to the decision. This being said, we can't speak badly of Guy - he was a pleasure to deal with when we did.
