Could not fault Guy's experience, knowledge and commitment to getting us the best price possible in this time of down turn on property prices. Guy Hoevenaars was always available, responded to any queries or concerns in a very timely manner and made a very difficult process, quite easy. We had every faith in the information and advice that Guy gave us along the way and we came out with the best result possible in a very short timeframe. Guy also gave us the name of a local Conveyancer who was also great. All in all, if I had to sell another house in the Rye area again, I would definitely choose Ray White Rye and particularly Guy Hoevenaars as my agent. The Ray White staff at Rye were also very helpful, polite and courteous.
