Guy , unlike a lot of agents did work hard for his money . I found him to be honest and hard working , doing open homes every weekend for months The only fault would be his communication , at times he would not get back to you on the progress . Unfortunately he didn't get the price I was trying to achieve , but he did his best within the market value at the time , and I believe he has good negotiation skills .
