As a buyer Guy did everything he could to be helpful & make our purchase easy & was a great man to deal with who we would certainly recommend. BUT & this is completely out of control of the agent! QLD needs to update the real estate laws for buyers, in our situation our sellers left the home in a disgusting state, we had issues with clogged drains/ sewers that they were aware of ( having to call a plumber on the day you move in is not acceptable) the house was filthy!! It took 3 people 6 hours to make it acceptable to even move our belongings in, air conditioning units filthy, walls dirty, windows & curtains filthy!! It certainly took the shine of our purchase. My advice to all purchasers is make sure sellers have vacated so you can do a proper inspection prior to signing off.

Guy worked at selling the house even when there was little initial interest. I suspect he doubted my asking price but did pursue suitable buyers with an eventual positive result in a reasonably short time.
Guy was a very approachable agent that was a source of knowledge. He was honest and real and never once pretended to be anything that he wasn't. He knows how to talk to you and at your level. We have dealt with many agents in the past and Guy really was one of the best. I would highly recommend him for the sale of your property.
We were living in NSW and had decided to move to Bushland Beach. From the time we met Guy we were impressed by his friendly and relaxed manner and his knowledge of the local real estate area. He negotiated the price and a very crucial factor in our move the terms on which we could buy the house. In what is a very difficult selling market in Townsville, ongoing communication was required over a long period of time. As I suspect that the Real Estate Industry face a difficult time in coming to terms with the economic downturn of the region. Guy at all times worked closely with us thru this very difficult period. Neither of us fully came to terms with the severity of the market, but we were encouraged to continue on a steady path which resulted in selling of our property. It is difficult to review as most of the set up work was done by Eddy Buck and the initial potential buyers did not comply with contractual obligations. Once Guy became familiar with our situation he actively promoted the property and kept us up with interest levels and potential buyers.
Guy was excellent with us we bought the property as we are travelling around Aust. Guy was excellent we face timed him he showed us the property by iPhone and we asked all the questions and he answered them we really appreciated he took the time to meet our friends at the property and we viewed it on our iPhone , the sale went through without a hitch very very pleased thanks very much Guy you are an asset to your employer 👍🏻
