Guy helped the reviewer sell this property

Sale of 17 Iona Avenue by Guy Maggs

Guy was brought in after the property had been on the market for a few months with very little interest being shown by buyers. The market was going through a bad time but Guy worked very hard to make a sale within a few weeks. The sale price was a bit lower than I had originally hoped for but the main thing was the quick sale for which I was very grateful to Guy. He also kept me well informed throughout the process.
