Andrew and i had been looking for our first home for quite a long time, for what is meant to be an exciting time for first home buyers was quickly becoming one of the most painful. We had met a couple of very pushy agents who were putting us off the whole process. That was until i met Guy at the very first open home for which is now our new home. Guy worked tirelessly for us to get our deal across the line, No request was too much. No matter how early or late the time was, Guy was there to answer all of my questions along the way. (there were many questions - at all hours) Communication throughout this time has been outstanding. Guy is easily the most honest and upfront agent i have dealt with in the search for our first home. If Andrew and i ever require an agent to sell our house, Guy will be our first and only call to assist us. I have no hesitation in recommending Guy to anyone looking to sell or purchase property.
