Guy at Harcourts Coastal was exceptional to deal with. We were purchasing the property remotely and were unable to see in person. Guy was proactive in ensuring we had additional videos and information about the property that we were unable to gather by not being able to do an in person inspection. The rest of the team at Harcourts have been exceptional and we will be leasing the property through their property management team.

Guy was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, provided amazing insight, and was very punctual. His communication throughout the process was second-to-none. Guy was just incredibly professional from start to finish, and working with him and his team as a seller was a pleasure. Guy took away a great deal of the stress of the process, and made everything very easy for us to manage. We honestly couldn't speak more highly of Guy, and would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking to sell.

Couldn’t be happier with our decision to sell with Guy. Personal circumstances led us to sell off market and give Guy a very tight timeframe to network and negotiate the sale of our property in Miami. Within 24hrs Guy came through for us and achieved a sale price well beyond our expectations and recent sales in the area. Guy achieved a life changing result for our family and we will be forever grateful for his efforts.

This is our second time having Guy represent us on our sale however, this time he had Teagan by his side! Between the two of them, they had absolutely EVERYTHING covered. We couldn't be happier with their representation, care, understanding and advice throughout this process. Guy is level headed, pragmatic and always smiling, he is amazing at what he does and there is no doubt that we would use him again. Thank you both for a great outcome and smooth sale!

Guy's knowledge of the local market was fantastic. His advise was second to none. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Guy sold a property for me in 2020 and most recently helped me find the perfect property to buy. He's honest and authentic, and really wants what's best for both parties. I trust Guy and recommend him if you're looking for an agent you can rely on

Just a shout out for Guy and his team. Hands down the best agent I have dealt with for property sales during my lifetime. I can highly recommend Guy, truly professional and straight to the point. In fact, he is the only real estate agent that I could recommend with confidence. Great communicator and keeps you up to date absolutely every step of the way. Guy and Rob made a great team at my auction. You would want Guy and his team on your side if you are selling.

Guy was extremely helpful, friendly and approachable especially for a first home buyer such as myself, he mad the whole daunting experience much easier than anticipated - greatly appreciated

Guy and his team went above and beyond for us in the process of buying our house! Excellent communication & honesty throughout the process. Thankyou again :)

Guy has great knowledge of the market and achieved a great sale for my property. The process of selling was extremely easy and seamless. Guy was very accommodating and professional.

We were unable to meet Guy in person but found him to be very helpful and immediately responsive to our contacts. He seemed genuine in what he had to say without any apparent resort to sales-speak and was very helpful throughout our purchase process.
