We sold 2 properties with Guy. We live interstate but found his communications excellent. The initial investigation gave us a ball park figure to base our selling price. We would have liked a little more than we ended up receiving for the first property, the second was about what we expected but at the time the market was flat so we accepted his advice. He was very helpful through the entire process.
