Only saw Guy on a couple of occasions during the selling process and, in particular, missed the auction. But he is clearly experienced and knowledgeable - particularly about the Brighton area. We got the price we were hoping for and therefore happy with the outcome.

Guy St Ledger is one the best agents that I know,. In fact I would go so far as to say the best agent that I know. He has, over the past 25 years sold 4 properties by auction for me and has assisted me on numerous occasions in negotiations for the purchase of property. Guy knows the market which is what we should all except from a real estate agent however Guy also knows people. He is intuitive which is a wonderful skill when your'e aiming to get the best price possible for your property. Above this Guy is well simply put a great Guy (did I just write that!)....he's a straight shooter, and will tell you like it is. I would only ever use Guy and well, if you are seeking to employ an agent, take it from me: you should only use Guy as well.
