Gypsea Youngsmith

We had a great experience dealing with Gypsea and her team throughout the purchase of our property. They were always friendly, professional and helpful, and kept us well informed throughout the process.

An amazing result. We had been in touch with Gypsea over a couple of years, knowing that one day we would make the decision to downsize. We listed with Gypsea and within a few days our home was sold offmarket. Gypsea and the team worked wonders and were very helpful in what steps I was required to take. The process all went through smoothly and would highly recommend Gypsea with her knowledge and dedication

Very Professional And Excellent To Work With! Highly Recommended!

This isn't the first time we've sold with Gypsea, and once again her knowledge of the Mermaid Waters market, clever strategy and determination to achieve the best result really stood out. She made the whole process feel easy, while clearly working very hard behind the scenes. We'd have no hesitation recommending Gypsea and her team to anyone looking for an agent who knows the market, thinks strategically and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome.

Gypsea was extremely organised and professional which made the process of buying our dream home so much easier. Nothing was too difficult for Gypsea and her team of Coco and Eoghan as they were always available to deal with any problems or issues that arose. Thanks for you and your teams diligence, it was greatly appreciated.

Gypsea was excellent and has a deep understanding of the GC property market. She is very professional, motivated and passionate about real estate. She was also willing to do whatever was needed to secure a good outcome for us - which she did. I’d highly recommend her and her team.
