lawyer fees too high

The settlement date was changed twice, to my annoyance. This led to me paying higher lawyer fees at the end of the process. At one stage the settlement date was declared whilst the lease was still active! This would have violated the Tenancy Act. I understand that legal fees are part of a sale process, but excessive fees brought about from factors beyond my control are annoying and unfair. In closing, I am utterly impressed with the professionalism and dedication of Harrison Agents. I will be recommending them for future listings. Regards
