I met Hadley for the purchase of my home quite a few years ago and was so impressed even though he was the sellers agent, that I've since had him sell 4 properties for me! If I have gotten exactly what he predicted or over. In fact over 20% more in one case! He can recommend excellent photograher or decorator to help you get more. Even help out with his high pressure water cleaner or anything you need help with! I highly recommend him and you couldn't do better!

I had not met or heard of Hadley prior to sending an email enquiring about an Apartment he was selling. He was time punctual, communicative and non pushy. He showed me the unit and I was so impressed I suggested I would buy it. We went to his office and he did all the paperwork while I went for a swim. This would have to be the most laid back, professional business deal I have done in my life. I flew inter state next day and by the next evening had a congratulatory email saying the offer had been accepted whilst staying in his brothers Motel in Adelaide. He even rang and organised a motel room for me. Hadley took me back to the Apartment for a final inspection prior to settlement and the deal was complete in less than 4 weeks. I could not recommend Hadley to house or property buyers more than to say he was a pleasure to do business with.
