I was unable to meet with Hafiz personally at the time of signing with Barry Plant. However Hafiz made telephone contact with me at his earliest convenience informing me of his marketing plan for the property. Hafiz would notify me prior to each open he conducted, followed by a recap on each concerning interest or disinterest as the case may be. Hafiz worked extremely hard during difficult times. I was surprised to see how many bidders actually attended the auction, and even more surprised by the result.
