Haiden was always very professional and a fantastic communicator, keeping me up to date at all stages of the process, even after settlement. (If I had a dollar for every time she said "Are you excited? I'm excited for you!", I could have purchased the property without a mortgage! Some phone calls seemed to be just to say this and nothing more, but the enthusiasm was nice ;) ). Haiden was friendly and available, quick to return calls and texts. Although young and new to the industry, I appreciated her honesty if she wasn't sure about something, and she always sought advice from her seniors/colleagues to ensure she was giving me accurate information. There was some confusion around a couple of areas (eg request from sellers for release of deposit funds on settlement), however these were sorted quickly. I believe there is no 'perfect' and there is always room for improvement and growth, which is reflected in my ratings above, but I would definitely recommend Haiden and am sure she will continue to grow from experience as an agent during her career.
