High Standard Service

Hakim Mousavi and his team met my 9 Rules of Service throughout the process: He was courteous; helpful; consulted with me regularly to find out my views on the process and execution of the sale; provided the high levels of information I wanted; was upfront and honest about what could not be done when relevant; offered choice to me; was available to meet my needs and responded promptly to my contacts; he listened to me when I described my expectations; and, Ross Realty provided value for the money I spent with them for marketing/etc.. And there was never any need to put things right because nothing went wrong in my view. I am very happy with the overall experience and have already recommended him to friends and family.
