Halil first contacted me early 2019 at my request. I asked him to appraise a property l was considering selling. He did that appraisal but recomended l hold off till spring when the market improved. l did take his advice and contacted him again in November 2019. We discussed the potential sale for spring with exceptional advice and no pressure from him. He sold the property in 4 days after it being put up for sale. Saving me time, money, and worry.
