I was searching for the property to buy for about 2 years, i did not know how to buy the property and or how to choose the want i really want. i keep looking and can not get any at all, i did make offer sometimes but still thinking about my budget if i can afford or not. When i meet Hambi and talking about the first home owner then i realize that i would be eligible for it and Hambi did a search and forward me the link of it then I found out more information about the benefit that will help me for budget. Then I started to looking for a new home and he also send me the new off the plan property in Liverpool as well, even though i keep looking around but unable to find any good, I contact Hambi again to see if the property he sent me still there, he then advised the one i choose had sold, he did not known that i have change my mind and want to take the other, i let him know and ask how can i pay the holding for it. then he offer to come to my work place so i can make the payment. I would like to say thank you very much for his hard work, patience and kind.

Hambi was a pleasure to deal with all the way through and I was confident in him, it was my first experience selling a property but it was easy and stress-free. The property was sold quickly and even though I was interstate during the majority of the process there were no issues or hassles for me. Hambi managed the inspections and open homes without any complication and worked effectively with the tenant to ensure that these went smoothly. He was communicative and always responded to my questions within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours.
