Went looking for an agent by the end, found a friend.
Well where to start with the journey that was selling our investment property.
From our initial meeting with Hambi, we knew we were in the right hands. Not sure if it was the clean suit, silky English accent or the complete professionalism but we were taken.
To say that the sale of our house was difficult is an understatement. From the beginning we were up against it with our house being rented out via the Department of Housing. The department put up barrier after barrier in regards to the sale of our house, but throughout the whole experience we came out on top mostly because we had Hambi on our team. Hambi was persistent and left no stone unturned. He turned up and did inspection after inspection, each time coming with fresh ideas and always a plan for how to move forward.
When it came to sale time Hambi moved swiftly, he identified the buyer as being legitimate and represented us in the sale with the same professionalism he'd shown the whole time. Advocating for us (his buyer) and not taking a backyard step whilst still being polite.
Hambi was always reachable, and if he missed your call he would call you straight back. He was transparent, understanding, kind and also down to Earth. These are traits not commonly associated with Real Estate Agents.
