From the moment we first engaged Hamish and the Aurora team, we knew we found the right partner to manage the sale of our property. Even prior to officially signing on with Aurora, Hamish had our best interests in mind. He toured our property and, contrary to our original thinking, suggested there was actually no need a fresh paint job on the entire property, and all that was required was some spot cleaning on some high traffic areas. Hamish's eagle eyes also spotted a very minute chip on the kitchen bench and suggested it can be easily fixed. Hamish reached out to his contacts (from property stylists, painter and even the kitchen bench specialist) and whilst we received quotes from his contacts, there was absolutely no pressure to use those contacts. For this property, we had compared quotes but used our existing property stylists and painter. Hamish was in regular contact throughout the sales process, to ensure the timing of the property becoming vacant, styled, photographed etc went smoothly ahead of the openings. Following the property's initial opening on a Saturday morning, we were promptly provided with some initial feedback on unique groups and how many Hamish felt may be keen on the property. Fortunately for us, we had a serious buyer would requested a follow up private inspection with Hamish later that afternoon. Hamish kept us updated throughout that afternoon (and well into the Saturday evening) on the status of the buyer. Again, with our interests in mind, Hamish managed a few competing bidders in the following days, and eventually helped us find a buyer for our property. We promptly took the property off the market, ahead of its second potential opening the following Wednesday. We are pleased that Aurora led a successful sales campaign for us. Hamish and the team was able to handle the entire sales process with utmost professionalism and ethics. We will look to engage the team again for our next sale.
