My wife and I were well aware that the reserve price would be higher than the advertised price. However, I have been to so many auctions where (young people especially) buyers cannot understand why a house is not sold when the highest bid is above the advertised price. The industry would be so much better if the reserve was no higher than the advertised price. Some of the leaders in the industry should be bold and adopt this idea.

Hamish Mill acted as our agent for the sale of our family home in Fullarton. We had some challenges in terms of timing however Hamish managed to help navigate through this to a successful result for us with sale of our property - enabling us to move to our new family home.
