We had the pleasure of dealing with Hamish to purchase our new home. His approach was very open, honest & calm with complete transparency regarding the negotiations. Hamish was always willing to take our calls and managed to schedule inspections outside of the set times which was enormously helpful. Highly recommended!

A pleasure to work with the second time around!

Having first met Hamish when we bought our beach house some years ago, we knew exactly who to contact this time around as we were helping our elderly mother to sell her holiday home. As buyers we had seen first hand that other agents missed opportunities and Hamish had stood out as an honest and knowledgable agent. We contacted Hamish and Peninsula Sotheby's for the sale of the property and saw no reason in getting that second quote from someone else. We were in close contact during the sale campaign and are very happy to have sold the beach house through Sotheby's and Hamish Opray. We highly recommend him as an outstanding real estate agent with his connection to and knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula.

‘’ Hammertime “ With Hamish

Well it’s been said that “if all’s ya got’s a hammer, all’s ya can see is nails” and when we first met Hamish Opray we quickly realised that this was one Blacksmith who wouldn’t leave us in the Red when it came to fantastic customer service, integrity, honesty and pretty much everything you would want from dealing with a real estate professional. As a representative for the vendor it was Hamish’s responsibility to ensure that his client received the best possible outcome for the sale of their property, but you can’t do that unless you have the necessary skill sets and ability to build a relationship and report with potential purchasers as well. Hamish’s friendly and can do attitude made it a no brainer for us to want to ‘’saddle up’’ and join his “purchase posse” and it wasn’t long before his ‘’anvil’’ was busy ‘’forging’’ out a deal for us to “nail down” So, don’t submit yourselves to the “blast furnace “ of sub standard agents - “giddy up” and go straight to the man who always makes sure the lucky horseshoes are facing upwards - Hamish Opray !

Hamish kept me informed and was totally professional.

Intially when we put the house on the market the timing was not great and I had expectations which were not as the market read the value of my house. It was a very different market and not a lot of interest so I took it off and was about to rent it long term. Sotheby’s found the purchaser and the sale from my point of view was a relative easy transfer. I was more than happy with Hamish and the way he kept me informed.
