When my husband and I started looking to buy our first property, we were warned by multiple people that dealing with the agents would be an unpleasant experience. After hearing tons of horror stories, we went into every property inspection we did with a strong sense of trepidation, as if preparing for battle. We weren’t prepared for Han. Contrary to what we were told to expect from agents, Han is, in fact, delightful. Han is hard working, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He was dedicated and communicative: on his day off, he made time to meet up with us for handover of the keys. He took my calls and text messages like a champ - as I mentioned, we’re first time buyers so we knew very little about the process - but Han was knowledgeable and informative, and did plenty of work outside the regular 9-5 hours to make sure that our purchase went off without a hitch. I never had to wait long for a response from Han if I got in touch with him, and he was understanding when my busy work hours meant that occasionally I’d miss his calls and have to get in touch with him later. But outside of his knowledge and skill, Han is incredibly personable, and possesses genuine charisma and people skills. He’s friendly and open, and gives off a trustworthy aura - as if he’s your buddy (who just so happens to be selling you a house). With Han there is no sense of falseness, or two-faced-ness, or double dealing: talking with him I felt that he was being honest with me, and that he would work to make sure he was making a sale which would benefit both buyer and seller. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Han. I’m so glad that he made our first property buying experience a pleasant one, and if we find ourselves in the future looking to sell (or to purchase another property!), we’ll definitely be seeking Han out and seeing how we can work together.
