Hanan is all over it! He knows what's happening in the market and is even handed between Seller and Buyer to bridge a deal to satisfy all interests ultimately under the direction of the vendor. Many said we couldn't crack the $1M mark for a 2 bedroom apartment in Atlantis and Hanan gladly took on the task and even though we passed in at auction he stayed in the game and we sold for 90k more 3 weeks later. Interestingly, like cracking the 4 min mile all of a sudden he was inundated with more opportunities within the complex with all asking who had sold my apartment for >$1M. He sold another just above me soon after for more and then listed more units.
