Hanieh is a lovely agent. She was so easy to work with and was great with helping us negotiate with the seller. Thanks again Hanieh!

Hanieh was absolutely the best to work with during my property purchase! She works incredibly hard — I wknow as she would response to my message at 7 pm at times and thatg too so humbly and with a smile. Her knowledge of the property market, from growth to selling and buying, is outstanding. The entire process couldn’t have gone any better — it was truly the smoothest, most seamless experience.

Hanieh was the seller's agent for the property that we purchased. Despite of difficult communications and responses from her client and their solicitors, she had been excellent, helpful and accommodating to us. She went above and beyond her scope of responsibilities to ensure our requirements for the settlement were fulfilled timely and promptly. The communication with her also always been professional, friendly and clear.

I had a great experience working with Hanieh on the sale of my property. She was professional, proactive, and always available to answer my questions. Her market knowledge and negotiation skills made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her dedication and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Hanieh to anyone looking to sell or buy a property — she’s simply excellent at what she does!

A professional agent and provide good service to clients. Prompt reply to questions.

As a non-resident, selling my property in Australia seemed challenging. Hanieh’s professionalism and outstanding sales skills delivered the result I was hoping for. I am sincerely grateful for her support.

Hanieh’s knowledge and experience helped me secure the best investment property. It was a long journey with so many doubts and queries on my end but she always made sure they were 100% answered. She was very professional and knew exactly what type of property I wanted, hence always filtered through the best suited properties for me (: Thank you so much!

So happy to buy my first home with Hanieh! She was supportive and helpful with any requests along the way even after the settlement, so professional, positive, kind, and reliable! It was a pleasure working with her on this purchase and I hope to work with her and Jeremy again in the future. Special thank you for the lovely gift!

A brilliant job, promised and delivered a quick smooth sale, knew the market she was selling into and closed the deal within the first week. Would recommend Hanieh in an instant to sell any other properties.
