Hannah was good throughout the buying process, especially when I requested an additional viewing before the contract went unconditional. She has a good understanding of the local market and was prompt to get back to me with information. My only criticism is that it would have been nice to make picking up the keys when the place settled a little more personal then leaving them in an envelope.
