Hannah supported us exceptionally well through the process of purchasing an investment property. She was very pleasant to deal with and she responded to any communication from us, including requests for information, extremely quickly. In the negotiating process, she was not pushy and was fair and pleasant. She called us on a Friday to see how things were going and we told her we wanted to inspect some rectification work that had been completed on the property before making the contract unconditional and then advertising the property for letting purposes before the weekend, with the agreement of the sellers.
