She called us on a Friday to see how things were going and we told her we wanted to inspect some rectification work that had been completed on the property before making the contract unconditional and then advertising the property for letting purposes before the weekend, with the agreement of the sellers. She swiftly made all of the arrangements required to expedite what was a complicated process involving the sellers and the agents responsible for letting the property, and the property was advertised for letting the same day.
